Backup Coal Loader! (Part 1)

By the autumn of 2004 we had with the not insignificant exception of the back wheels and tyres, got AGE78B into reasonably good working order but would not normally have had much for it to do (it's not necessarily the point of preservation after all!). However as it happens we help out out landlords by loading coal into a hopper for them from time to time with Alistairs JCB 3CIII (MC103T) but by 2004 it was badly in need of a thorough clean and repaint and since we now had a spare JCB, we could now do just that. And as a side-effect it meant that I could get in some filming of AGE748B in action, which I did on a couple of occasions when the weather was dry.

These pictures are from the first time I did this, which was the 13th of October 2004. I haven't included any captions, since the pictures are so self-explanatory I can't think what I would say!
