Location Glomeruli, tubular lumen and interstitium.
Type of lesion Thickening of ureters and blocking of passage with possible secondary tubular changes.
Special features  
Diagnosis Demonstration of characteristic flukes in smears or histological sections. May grossly have some resemblance to nephrocalcinosis.
